The June meeting of the PA IC Workgroup will feature a presentation on: From Shared Learning to Shared Progress: Advancing Adoption of CoCM in Pennsylvania with presenters Jessica Meyers, MSEd – Senior Advisor of Implementation and Justin Kanter, Senior program Administrator, (both with UPMC Center for High-Value Health Care).

The PA Integrated Care Workgroup, led by Lynne Havsy and Mary Carol Campbell, has the following goals:

• Understand and connect the integrated care landscape across Pennsylvania, focusing on models used by different types of healthcare organizations (FQHCs, larger health systems, etc)
• Understanding how different health systems in PA are navigating the regulatory landscape, sustainability, payer negotiation, and value based care.

This group meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 3pm ET.
