Our coaching services offer individualized support from our coaching team, with tailored guidance for your professional growth and leadership development.

Register for coaching sessions and pay online. You choose how many sessions to book.
Once registration is complete, you’ll receive the Calendly link for the coach you selected.
Use Calendly to schedule your sessions at times that work for you.
You’ll receive confirmation and meeting details by email as soon as you book in Calendly.
COST PER 60-MINUTE SESSION
CFHA members $150/hr
Non-members $300/hr

Coaching Academy
Our five-month Coaching Academy prepares experienced CFHA members to coach others within the CFHA community, grounded in the coaching definition set by the International Coaching Federation.
WHO CAN APPLY
All active CFHA members interested in being part of CFHA’s paid Coaching Service.
5-MONTH PROGRAM
One module each month. Intentionally scheduled around major holidays so it doesn’t compete with clinicians’ rest time, while still maintaining a steady learning rhythm.
40 HOURS OF TRAINING
20 hours of live class time — two 2-hour sessions each month — plus 20 hours of homework and practice assignments woven in between, spread across the 5 months.
+3 MONTHS POST-TRAINING
Includes a 3‑month post‑training mentorship group where you bring real coaching cases back for supervision, so new skills actually stick before you’re on your own.

COST & LOGISTICS
Member price: $3,500
Non-member price: $3,775, includes CFHA annual membership (a requirement for the program)
Registrants must attend all live sessions to receive their certificate. Sessions are recorded for reference and review, but viewing a recording does not substitute for live attendance.
Completing the Academy doesn’t automatically place you as a CFHA coach. Acceptance into the CFHA Coaching Service depends on successfully finishing the course and a recommendation from course faculty.
