Meeting Description
The CFHA Value-Based Care Workgroup brings together health care leaders to explore how value-based payment models can better support integrated, whole-person care. This session will examine VBC contracting structures/requirements and their influence on advancing behavioral health integration as part of participating in such arrangements.
Participants will:
- Explore the relationship between VBC contracting and behavioral health integration including sharing practical lessons learned.
- Discuss example focused on Continuity of Care Measures in ACO contracts.
- Identify potential opportunities to better aligning future VBC contracts with goals of integrated care
