The Just Medicine Committee (JMC) hosted a follow-up conversation focusing on serving Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) patients as well as what it is like being a MENA medical provider in the current socio-political climate. Dr. Fozia Ali, Dr. Saima Siddiqui, Dr. Layli Khaghani, and Dr. Nicole Fleisher joined us as our expert panelists. We discussed the most pressing issues facing MENA patients/providers as well as best practices for serving such a diverse population.

This Community Conversation focused on some of the present and emerging issues impacting MENA (Middle East and North Africa) communities. An amazing panel of medical providers, clinicians, researchers, and patients spoke about their own experiences and the challenges they have been facing.
