What inspired you to teach this course?
“Healthcare needs better results. Providers are an influential and important part of the healthcare system. Changing dynamics in the workforce of providers have changed the role providers play in the system. This does not have to mean abdicating our role as leaders, but many have assumed this to be the case. I would like to ensure providers know they agency they have and the responsibility that comes wtih this authority / power.”
