Since 1993, CFHA has sponsored the pre-eminent conference on integrating healthcare services in the United States. Attracting over 700 expected attendees, the goal of the 2019 Conference is to promote the continued development, implementation and evaluation of integrated health care while considering its evolution and future. With over 80 breakout sessions, three plenaries, and a variety of networking and mentoring opportunities, attendees will learn about the full continuum of integration.

 


Training Generations.  With decades of growing evidence and enthusiasm, the integrated healthcare family has spread across the United States and is taking root across the globe. Increasingly, the need for a highly trained workforce is the bottleneck that limits the rate of our growth. This conference will meet those needs by preparing early career professionals for team-based care, by assisting mid-career professionals in repurposing their skills for primary care, and by engaging senior leaders in advocacy and mentorship. We will also focus on clinician wellness for all stages of professional development.


Multiple Generations. CFHA was founded on the recognition that health care is inherently multigenerational. At CFHA, family is at the heart of health care, and the conference will equip you with skills for providing integrated behavioral health services that embrace individual patients, their families, and their communities.

Denver is the perfect crossroads for this conference at this time. Colorado is finishing a 3 year federally-funded initiative to ensure that 80% of Coloradans have integrated behavioral health services in their primary care office. Colorado boast several universities and training programs at the vanguard of training for integration. Denver is a city hopping with the energy of youth.

FAQ

How do I find out about membership?

Use this link to learn more about membership or to become a member. Membership costs at most $225. It is less expensive to become a member first and then register for the conference.

 

Who has to pay?

Everyone needs to pay to attend the conference. All presenters, co-presenters, panelists, discussion group facilitators and poster presenters are required to register to attend and present at the CFHA Conference. There are no discounts or fee waivers for conference presenters.

 

Do you have scholarships?

A limited number of volunteer positions are available for students. The registration fee is waived for volunteers. Applications are available In June. 

 

Do you have any registration fee discounts?

The first 50 students, MAs, or CASACs who are CFHA members get a $100 discount. Use the promotion code First50Student on the payment page.

 This Live activity, CFHA 2018 Annual Conference - Innovations in Integration: Solutions for Healthcare Reform, with a beginning date of 10/18/2018, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to   20.00 Elective credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity

CME is self-reported to the AAFP.

PAYMENT 

Payment is required by check or major credit card.

If you pay by check, please issue payment to "CFHA Conference" and mail within five (5) business days to the CFHA office. Be sure to include the name of the registrant with your payment.

Institutional purchase orders will also be accepted and PO number must be referenced with registration.

All payments must be received by CFHA no later than October 1, 2019.

What is Not Included?
Hotels, meals other than breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, transportation.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellation. Please contact CFHA’s Conference Manager via email to report substitution.

All cancellations and refund requests must be reported in writing:

Refund requests received on or before Friday, September 27, 2019 will receive full refund less $30 processing fee.

There are no refunds for cancellations after Friday, September 29, or no shows.
