On behalf of the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association’s Membership Committee and Board of Directors, we’d like to invite you to join our fast growing community of practitioners, educators, researchers, policy makers, and consumer representatives working together to transform healthcare through collaboration and integration!

The mission of CFHA is to promote a comprehensive and cost-effective models of healthcare delivery that integrate mind and body, individual and family, patients, providers and communities. Your participation in the organization is critical as we strive to be a thought leader and driving force in the field through knowledge dissemination, partnerships, clinical practice support, promotion of scholarly inquiry, and advocacy. Moreover, it is our hope that the organization can be a professional home where you can network with colleagues, nurture new professional relationships, exchange information relevant to integration and collaboration, and most of all, provide an avenue where you can make meaningful contributions to the field and your community.

What We Do

CFHA is a member-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making integrated behavioral and physical health the standard of care nationally. CFHA achieves this by organizing the integrated care community, providing expert technical assistance and producing educational content.
