Leiana Edwards, BS is our Lead for Logistics & Design. She started working for CFHA in 2018 as an administrative assistant, but over the years, her role became more focused on communications and design. Now, Leiana works to oversee the logistics and design processes for the organization. This includes but is not limited to web development and management, creating marketing plans, maintaining the organization’s online platforms, engaging with the organization’s members to start new initiatives, and maintaining a consistent organizational brand identity.
Leiana graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Health Policy and Management from the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her passion for public health and dentistry, combined with her love for design makes her very excited about her work at CFHA.
Leiana has recently relocated to New York City in 2022 from North Carolina, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending her time getting to know her new city. In her free time, Leiana enjoys reading, cooking, puzzles, hand-lettering and designing personal work, the occasional home decor or DIY project, or going for long walks in Central Park.
