2013 Conference Registration Instructions

If you are a CFHA Member, be sure to SIGN-IN FIRST to the CFHA website to ensure that you are applicable for discounted Members Only registration fees.
CFHA Membership
Your membership must be current to be eligible for Members Only prices. If your CFHA membership has lapsed, please click here to renew your membership FIRST to ensure that Members Only pricing is available for your Conference registration.
Group Registration
If you are registering at least 5 or more individuals at the same time from the same institution with one payment source, choose the Group Registration option.
Note: Group registrations are processed manually by the CFHA staff and must be submitted by Monday, September 23, 2013. . You will receive an emailed invoice and registration will be completed upon receipt of payment.
