RE: 2013 Conference Site Application
Dear CFHA Members and Supporters:
For many of us, the annual CFHA conference is the highlight of the collaborative care calendar. The event offers us the opportunity to catch up on evidence-based care, on best financial practices, and on the lives of our beloved colleagues in the CFHA diaspora.
We look forward to seeing everybody at the October 27-29, 2011 conference and summit in Philadelphia, PA. The Board of Directors is thrilled with the excellent program Team Philadelphia is beginning to pull together.
Our 2012 conference and summit will be in Austin, TX. Final details for location and dates should be available in the coming months.
As with the Austin conference, CFHA would like to engage our membership in the process of planning our conferences and summits. We hope to announce the site for our 2013 conference this October in Philadelphia. Between now and then we'll be working with potential sites to pull together a local planning committee and prepare an application to host the conference. We believe that having several proposals will improve the quality of the conference, so please get together with your local colleagues and stimulate interest in applying.
