CFHA is pleased to offer the following scholarship opportunities for the 2012 Conference in Austin, Texas.

Consumer & E-Patient Scholarships
Thank you for your interest in this scholarship; at this time, the application process is closed for the 2012 conference. 

Student Volunteer and New Professional Scholarships
CFHA is offering Students and New Professionals the opportunity to attend the 2012 Conference in Austin, Texas at a reduced rate or no cost registration fees.

Only current members of CFHA are eligible for these scholarships. You may join or renew your membership online by clicking on the "Join/Renew" link above.

To apply for Student Volunteer Scholarships, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be a Student Member of CFHA, Enrolled full-time in a training program,
  2. Have an anticipated completion date, and
  3. Unemployed or minimally employed outside of this program.

To qualify as a New Professional Scholarship, you must:

  1. Be a member of CFHA; and
  2. Have completed your most recent degree program, residency, or fellowship within the last 3 years.

Financial assistance will be awarded to eligible applicants on a first come, first served basis.

We are no longer accepting scholarships for Volunteers and New Professionals.

CFHA is a member-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making integrated behavioral and physical health the standard of care nationally. CFHA achieves this by organizing the integrated care community, providing expert technical assistance and producing educational content.
