CFHA 2013 CE Credit for Physicians

Accreditation Approved

This Live activity, "Disrupting Status Quo" - 2013 Collaborative Family Healthcare Conference, from October 10-12, 2013, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 12.75 Prescribed and 1.25 Elective credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Since some sessions run concurrently, no more than 12.75  credits may be reported. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Please note: The following sessions were approved for Elective credit:

  • Paintbrush Warrior - 10/12/13 - .75 credit
  • TED talk - Paintbrush Warrior - 10/12/13 . 50 credit

The AAFP reserves the right to perform a post-activity audit and/or have a live monitor at any AAFP certified CME activity.

AMA/AAFP Equivalency: AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.  When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1. 


Details and Instructions

You will receive a session evaluation form at the beginning of each class and must return your completed form to the door monitor at the conclusion of each session.

If you require a certificate for state licensing and credentialing, please retrieve a copy at the CFHA Registration Desk before you leave the Conference.

AAFP members may report their CME credit to AAFP without documentation at, or by calling 800-274-2237.
