2011 Board Member Election

Dear CFHA Members:

CFHA is pleased to announce the election of our 2011 board member. The board member term is for 3 years and would start in November 2011.

We are now welcoming nominations. All nominations must come from the nominee, but may be endorsed by colleagues. Nominations will accepted through October 7, 2011 and the final slate of 2 candidates will be announced shortly thereafter.

CFHA is novel among professional organizations. We are constituted of members who represent many professions, regions, cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds. We believe this is only possible if the Board of Directors mirrors the diversity of our members and constituents. Given this, we encourage nominations of all stripes. If you, or someone you know, can bring a fresh voice and unique experience to the board, please consider a nomination.

To submit your nomination, please complete this form. You are able to complete this form in a separate document and copy/paste your responses. The form will ask you to confirm your ability to keep the following board member commitments:

  1. Attending board meeting calls on the 1st Thursday of every month at noon ET.
  2. Participating on 1 or more board committees
  3. Attending the annual board retreat in July or August with expenses covered by CFHA.
  4. Attending the annual CFHA conference and the pre-conference board meeting at my own expense.
