CFHA is a growing, evolving organization with great potential. Our success is dependent on strong, multidisciplinary leadership committed to our mission and our professional community. We are currently seeking individuals who may be interested in a position on CFHA's Board of Directors

The term of board service is three (3) years with an option to renew for an additional three years.

The first three-year term begins January 1, 2017 and end December 31, 2020.

2.) CFHA Bylaws

This year, we have one board position open for election.  Candidates must be a member in good standing for at least one year prior to the election (to be held in September 2016).  Elected candidates will be invited to join the October face-to-face Board of Directors meeting held Wednesday, October 12, 2016 in Charlotte, NC.


If you are interested in adding your name to this year's ballot, please provide the following to Polly Kurtz via email ( no later than Friday, August 26.

4.) Statement of interest (700 words or less) to address the following: 

  • Describe your history and involvement with CFHA.
  • What do you think are the two primary benefits CFHA offers its members and the field?
  • What member services or areas of expansion would you consider advocating for in CFHA's future?
  • What makes you uniquely suited to represent our membership on the Board of Directors.

CFHA is a member-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making integrated behavioral and physical health the standard of care nationally. CFHA achieves this by organizing the integrated care community, providing expert technical assistance and producing educational content.
