Each meeting will include a presentation and facilitated discussion related to a topic in pediatric integrated care as well as a Research Corner presentation on a pediatric article related to the monthly topic. \nThis group meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 12pm ET // 11am CT // 10am MT // 9am PT. \nThis month’s topic: Measurement Based Care \n  \nSpeaker Bios: \nF. Lynne Merk\, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center with more than 20 years’ experience specializing in child and adolescent mental health assessment and treatment. Clinical specialties include Anxiety\, OCD\, ADHD\, and coping with difficult life circumstances.  Dr. Merk currently serves as the Director of Community Integrated Behavioral Health leading a team of master’s trained clinicians providing mental/behavioral health care in pediatric primary care practices throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.  \nMegan Cassidy\, Ph.D.\, L.P.\, ABPP – Dr. Cassidy is a board-certified child and adolescent psychologist who earned her doctorate in clinical and school psychology from the University of Virginia. She has previously worked as a private clinician specializing in pediatric anxiety disorders\, as an integrated care psychologist for pediatricians in Massachusetts\, and as a school psychologist in both Massachusetts and Minnesota. SUMMARY:Teaching Integrated Care to Graduate Students: A Comprehensive Faculty Curriculum
DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to give faculty in mental health graduate programs everything needed for offering a new course (or enhancing an existing one) in integrated primary care. Course attendees will be provided all of the foundational materials for offering a class (lecture slides\, assignments\, tests\, etc.) and will have the option of two coaching sessions for support with teaching the materials. \nDespite the robust job opportunities for behavioral health professionals in primary care\, relatively few mental health graduate programs offer coursework in integrated primary care. This course is designed to make it easy for faculty to develop new integrated care coursework in their graduate school.
