SUMMARY:PCBH SIG Meeting: Clinic Culture in Integrated Care Settings
DESCRIPTION:This meeting will focus on the critical role of clinic culture in the success of integrated care models\, particularly within primary care and behavioral health collaboration. Participants will explore how clinic culture influences provider collaboration\, patient engagement\, team communication\, and the sustainability of integrated behavioral health services. We will discuss the characteristics of a positive clinic culture—including psychological safety\, shared values\, mutual respect\, and openness to change—as well as common challenges such as role ambiguity\, siloed workflows\, and differing clinical philosophies.  \n  \nThe PCBH SIG provides learning experiences to CFHA members\, strengthens and grows the PCBH SIG Mentorship Connector\, and works towards increasing its collaboration with other CFHA SIGs and committees as well as other national organizations with similar mission\, vision\, and values as CFHA. At every PCBH meeting\, you can expect an update on what we are working on as well as either a webinar from experts in the field or a community conversation on timely and pertinent topics related to integrated care and PCBH service model delivery. As the CFHA conference approaches\, the PCBH SIG will support and promote conference workshops and presentations focused on PCBH Service Model delivery. \n  \nThis group meets on the 3rd Thursday of every other month at 1pm ET // 12pm CT // 11am MT // 10am PT. \n  \nSIG Meetings are a CFHA Member Benefit. Learn more about becoming a CFHA Member.
