DESCRIPTION:CFHA Community Conversations provide integrated care colleagues an opportunity to engage in relaxed dialogues and voice their experiences & questions around high interest topics. \n  \nThis month\, we will be discussing ADHD Screening and Workflows in Integrated Care.
