The Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) supports healthcare professionals in integrating physical and behavioral health.

We call this integrated care. Our vision is that all healthcare teams provide patients and families an optimal and fully integrated experience in the pursuit of health and healing. If you are a like-minded clinician, healthcare organization, payer, foundation, training program or state/ governmental agency then CFHA is your community. We invite you to join the movement to make integrated care the standard of care for all.

CFHA stands with our colleagues of color, particularly in the black community, in fighting social injustice and promoting health equity for all. Integrated care by definition must promote equal access to high quality, culturally enriched healthcare. Health, by definition, can only exist in community contexts where people are safe from psychological and physical harm. We acknowledge that this is not the case in the United States at present and pledge to be agents of change within our association and in the world.
