On-site registration will begin at 1 PM on Thursday, October 19, at the Royal Sonesta Galleria Hotel in Houston. The Conference Registration Desk will be located on Level One in the Legends Ballroom Pre-Function Area.

Credit card payment will be required for all on-site registrations.

CFHA offers Full Conference or One-Day registration options; read details below.

All presenters, co-presenters, panelists, discussion group facilitators and poster presenters are required to register to attend and present at the CFHA Conference., There are no discounts or fee waivers for Conference presenters.

All registrations are subject to CFHA's cancellation and refund policy.


Full Conference Registration

Admission from Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon, including Thursday Welcome Reception, Lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all plenary and concurrent education sessions. Optional Thursday Master Lecture registration at no charge; space is limited and advance reservation is required.

Pre-registration and fee applies for Thursday morning Pre-Conference Workshops.

  • CFHA Professional Member:  $589
  • Non-Member Professional: $839

NOTE: Membership costs at most $225. Therefore it is less expensive to become a member first and then register for the conference.

  • CFHA Student, Resident or Fellow Member: $359
  • Registration for Students, Residents or Fellows requires CFHA Membership. 
  • Student members may sign up for pre-conference sessions in addition to their conference registration at no additional cost.

  • Registration fees for Students, Residents or Fellows are only available for approved CFHA Members.
  • Non-member Students, Residents or Fellows must register at the Non-Member Professional rate, or join CFHA prior to Conference Registration. Click here for Membership information.


One-Day Registrations

Admission for Conference functions and education sessions for one day.

Thursday Registration includes Thursday afternoon plenary session and Welcome Reception. Additional registration and fee applies for Thursday morning Pre-Conference Workshops.

Early Bird Prices - June 15 through September 8th

  • CFHA Professional Member: $149
  • Non-Member Professional: $149
  • CFHA Student, Resident or Fellow Member: $149
  • Registration for Students, Residents or Fellows requires CFHA Membership. 

All fees increased after September 8th.

Friday Registration includes lunch and admission to the daily plenary and concurrent education sessions.  

Saturday Registration includes lunch and admission to the daily plenary and concurrent education sessions.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Each pre-conference workshop is $139. There is one pre-conference workshop offered Thursday morning, and two offered Thursday afternoon. A person can register for the morning session and one afternoon session.

Payment

Payment is required in U.S. dollars by check or major credit card.

If you pay by check, please issue payment to "CFHA Conference" and mail within five (5) business days to the CFHA office. Be sure to include the name of the registrant with your payment.

Institutional purchase orders will also be accepted and PO number must be referenced with registration.

All payments must be received by CFHA no later than October 1, 2017.

Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellation. Please contact CFHA’s Conference Manager via email to report substitution.

All cancellations and refund requests must be reported in writing:

Refund requests received on or before Friday, September 22, 2017 will receive full refund less $30 processing fee.

There are no refunds for cancellations after Friday, September 22, or no shows.
