How do I register for the Conference?
Registrations are accepted online. Click Here to register.
If you are a CFHA Member, you must log-in first to register at the discounted Member price.
If your registration is transmitted properly, you will see a Registration Confirmation page and can print a receipt for your records.
I'm having difficulty with the online registration form. How can I resolve this?
The problem could result from a variety of issues. Some networks may have connection challenges or server issues that prevent access to the CFHA site. Exit your web browser and restart the process to see if the problem continues. Using a different workstation or computer or accessing from a different network (home vs. work) may also be necessary.
Consider using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) to access the CFHA website.
Also, check to make sure that you have completed all required (*) fields in the online form. A message may appear near the top of the form that notes the field(s) with missing data. The form will not transmit unless a response is entered for all required fields.
If you've tried all of the above steps and still have problems, please contact CFHA staff. Be sure to explain the steps you followed and any error messages reported so we can try to resolve further issues.
What are the fees to attend the CFHA Conference?
CFHA offers registration to attend the Full Conference and one-day only options. Fees will increase by $70 after September 13th so register early to take advantage of Earl Bird prices.

I am presenting at the CFHA Conference. Do I need to register?
Yes, all CFHA Conference presenters must register to attend the CFHA Conference. No presenter discounts or fee waivers are available.
You can register for the Full Conference or select a one-day registration option for the day of your presentation. Please register before September 13th for early bird discounts.
Are there any scholarships available for the CFHA Conference?
CFHA will be offering Student Members and New Professionals the opportunity to register for the 2013 Conference at low or no cost registration fee. A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to current CFHA Members on a first-come, first-served basis to applicants who meet the required criteria. Please note that scholarship is for registration fees only; it does not include travel or accommodations. Click here for the online scholarship application form.
My CFHA membership has expired; can I still get the Member price for the CFHA Conference?
Non-member registration fees will be applicable unless you first renew your CFHA membership. Click here to renew now.
Are there other events during the CFHA Conference?

Pre-Conference Workshops: There are 3 optional workshops available on Thursday, October 10th prior to the welcome reception that kicks-off the CFHA Conference. Click here to learn more about the Pre-Conference Workshops.
Colorado Brew & Wine Tasting Fundraiser: Did you know that Denver brews more beer than any other city with 100 different beers brewed in town daily? Join your CFHA colleagues for this unique and fun event on Friday evening, October 11, to sample a selection of Colorado beers and wines. Proceeds will benefit CFHA's scholarship program that allows students and new professionals to attend CFHA's Annual Conference at no cost or discounted fees. Tickets are $50 per person.
Excursion to Boulder:* Looking for something fun to do on Saturday evening? Discover Boulder...a beautiful community, nestled at the foot of the mountains, that combines outdoor adventure with hip, urban entertainment. Shuttles will transport CFHA Conference participants from the Omni Interlocken Resort to downtown Boulder between 4:30PM and 8:30PM. Tickets are $10 per person. Taxi fare to Boulder costs approx. $35 - take advantage of this GREAT value!

I already registered for the Conference but forgot to add a Pre-Conference Workshop. Can I still register?
Yes, but you will need to register/purchase this workshop as a separate ticket. Click here to go to our online store.
Can I earn CE credit at the CFHA Conference?
Continuing education credit will be available for CFHA Conference participants at no additional charge. An accreditation application is pending to approve CE credit of Conference sessions for physicians and mental health professionals. Please read the accreditation statements to determine if CE credit is eligible for your professional credentialing organization or state licensing agency. Click here to learn more about CE credit
Do I need to pre-register to attend breakout sessions?
No; seating for all Conference sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Classrooms vary in size and capacity and some sessions may reach standing-room capacity before the presentation begins. A Conference schedule with classroom assignments will be provided when you check-in at the Conference. Plan to arrive early to ensure seating for your preferred sessions.
Can I still attend a session if the classroom is full?
Classrooms vary in size, set-up and capacity and are assigned by CFHA based on a variety of factors including anticipated audience, special set-up requests, concurrent session options, and other matters related to the overall organization of the Conference.
Seating for all Conference sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis and some sessions may fill quickly. Standing (or sitting on the floor) may be allowed in the classroom as long as no aisles or exit doorways are obstructed.
No standing, seating (or sitting on the floor) will be allowed in aisles or near exit doors for safety reasons.
With 7 other sessions during each period, you may want to consider another classroom that allows for more comfortable seating.
