North Carolina Showcase 

The North Carolina Showcase will be located on the second floor of the Westin Charlotte Hotel in sections A-B of the Grand Ballroom.  

The event will not be open to the public; individuals must register to attend the CFHA Conference to attend the Showcase.

 


 

Display Fee: $200 includes one 8-ft. long rectangular display table upon which to display your materials.

The fee also includes a special Thursday afternoon admission for 1 person to setup your display and attend Thursday afternoon Conference programs.*

Set-up: Thursday, October 13, 2016, 12:00 to 1:30 PM

Display Hours: 1:30 to 7:00 PM

Move-out: All items must be removed no later than 7:30 PM.

Other Details

  • If you wish to attend Conference sessions on Friday and Saturday, registration must be purchased separately.
  • Electrical access must be ordered in advance and purchased separately; an order form will be included in Showcase confirmation. 
  • Wireless internet is provided by CFHA. 
  • Showcase displays should remain in place through the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening.
  • The area is carpeted; elevator and escalator accessible.

 

*Registration and fee is required to attend CFHA Conference programs on Friday and Saturday.
