Conference Evaluation

If you did not fill out the overall conference evaluation on the mobile app, please take a moment to provide some feedback on the conference. We use the information – good and bad – to plan future programming. Here is the link to the conference evaluation.

Continuing Education Instructions

Amedco Link for CEU's
Participants must complete an attendance/evaluation form in order to receive a certificate of completion/attendance. Your chosen sessions must have been attended in their entirety. Partial credit of individual sessions is not available.

If you filled out the session evaluations in the mobile app, that information is used by CFHA to improve future programming. The mobile app evaluations are not sufficient for continuing education. You will need to log onto the Amedco site and fill out an evaluation for each of the sessions you attended.

How to Get Your Certificate for Continuing Education for Mental Health Professionals

1. Go to the Amedco Attendance/Evaluation Link: http://cfha.cmecertificateonline.com/
2. Click on the “18th Annual Conference” link
3. Select all of the sessions you attended
4. Evaluate the sessions and the conference
5. A certificate will generate for you
